Delivery Policy
We schedule fulfilment around the event date so personalised party bags have sensible time to arrive before the celebration.
1. Delivery timing
Unless another arrangement is agreed, Daisy Dew normally plans fulfilment so that an accepted order is expected to arrive around 2–3 working days before the event date.
The event date is therefore an important part of our production and delivery planning. The expected delivery arrangement will be confirmed before payment or in the final order confirmation.
2. Booking windows
Events exactly 28 days away are treated as short-notice bookings and are subject to availability.
3. Delivery charges
Delivery charges are not automatically fixed across every order because parcel size, quantity, destination and delivery speed can vary.
Any delivery charge will be stated before payment is requested. We will not add an undisclosed delivery charge after you have paid unless you later request a different delivery method or destination and agree the additional cost.
4. Delivery area
Availability of delivery depends on the destination and the delivery service required for the event date. If we cannot reasonably deliver to the address or within the required timeframe, we will tell you before accepting payment.
5. Your delivery address
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and check it when confirming your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address causes a failed delivery, we will help arrange redelivery where possible. Any additional carrier cost caused by an address error may be charged only after we explain and agree it with you.
6. Dispatch and tracking
Where tracking is available, we may provide tracking or dispatch information after the order leaves Daisy Dew. A dispatch notification means the parcel has entered the carrier network; it does not by itself guarantee a specific arrival time.
7. Courier delays
If a courier delay occurs, contact us promptly. We will take reasonable steps to investigate, provide available tracking information and help minimise the effect on the celebration.
If delivery timing was expressly agreed as essential and the order is not delivered as legally required, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Damage in transit
If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the outer packaging and the affected goods and contact us promptly with the order reference. This helps us assess the problem and arrange the appropriate remedy.
9. When delivery is complete
Delivery is treated as complete when the goods are physically received by you, or by a person you have identified to receive them on your behalf, subject to applicable consumer law.
10. If Daisy Dew cannot deliver
If we are unable to fulfil an accepted order within the agreed arrangement and no suitable alternative is agreed, we will refund amounts due for goods we will not supply. This does not limit any additional statutory remedy that may apply.
